Who is Industrial Monitors?

At Industrial Monitors, our business model is centered on two-way communication to help you find the monitors and related components you need at a price and lead time that work for you. We believe the best way to start is by submitting a quote request. Your information is always secure when you request a quote. We respect your privacy and guarantee that you will never receive spam emails—only reliable service and tailored solutions to meet your needs.

Why do I have to request a quote?

At Industrial Monitors, we leverage a global network of trusted suppliers to source the monitors and components you need, conducting extensive research to protect your interests at every stage. For certain parts—particularly older or obsolete items—brand-new, unused units may not always be available. In such cases, we source the highest-quality used or refurbished units to meet your needs. For single-board computers and select other product categories, we also offer rework services that can enhance the durability and lifespan of these units, often making them more reliable than when they originally left the assembly line. Your satisfaction and success are always our top priorities!

Where do the parts come from?

Industrial monitors are specialized display devices engineered to operate reliably in demanding industrial environments. Unlike standard consumer monitors, they are built to withstand harsh conditions such as extreme temperatures, vibrations, exposure to dust and moisture, and potential chemical contaminants. These monitors are commonly used in applications like manufacturing control systems, process monitoring, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs). Key Features of Industrial Monitors: Durability: Constructed with robust materials to endure physical impacts and resist corrosion. Environmental Protection: Designed to meet high Ingress Protection (IP) ratings, ensuring resistance to dust and water ingress. Temperature Tolerance: Capable of operating in a wide range of temperatures, from sub-zero to high heat conditions. Touchscreen Capabilities: Many models offer touch input, facilitating intuitive interaction in industrial settings. Connectivity Options: Equipped with various input ports such as VGA, HDMI, DVI, and specialized industrial interfaces like RS-232 or USB for seamless integration with control systems. These monitors are essential for ensuring clear and reliable visual communication in industrial operations, contributing to enhanced efficiency and safety.

Finding GID Industrial proved to be a great asset to our company, with cost effective solutions and superior knowledge on all of their materials, it’d be hard to find a better provider of obsolete or hard to find products.

HARD TO FIND A BETTER PROVIDER

Over the years, the equipment used in our company becomes discontinued, but they’re still of great use to us and our customers. Once these products are no longer available through the manufacturer, finding a reliable, quick supplier is a necessity, and luckily for us, GID Industrial has provided the most trustworthy, quality solutions to our obsolete component needs.

CONSISTENTLY DELIVERS QUALITY SOLUTIONS

This company has been a terrific help to us (I work for Trican Well Service) in sourcing the Micron Ram Memory we needed for our Siemens computers. Great service! And great pricing! I know when the product is shipping and when it will arrive, all the way through the ordering process.

TERRIFIC RESOURCE

When I can't find an obsolete part, I first call GID and they'll come up with my parts every time. Great customer service and follow up as well. Scott emails me from time to time to touch base and see if we're having trouble finding something.....which is often with our 25 yr old equipment.
